To offer them the decompression airlock they so deserve, the brand of diapers and panties Lotus Baby has imagined a very special event: a space entirely dedicated to parents and their babies around an existing play area, to enjoy in family of a little sweetness and a lot of happiness!

On the program of this event orchestrated by Lotus Baby, and called “For a slightly sweeter life”: 5 free workshops open to all at the Parc de la Colline du Château in Nice, each lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
Among them: the “Eye Yoga” workshop. Of great delicacy, this gentle gymnastics for the eyes combined with the breathing exercises of yoga allowed the whole family to stimulate their creativity, help young and old to release tension and even enrich non-verbal communication between all.
Other workshops set up? “I make my soap”, with the creator of the artisanal soap factory Douce-Mousse, to learn how to make your own soap with perfumes and dyes of natural origin and dried flowers, or even “Baby’s sleep” (broad subject for parents!), with the discovery of the effects of white noise and the possibility of creating a personalized sleep ritual for your little one. For its part, the “Parent-Baby Massage” workshop taught, in a spirit of complicity, the techniques and benefits of massage for infants.
Finally, the ultimate activity, the “Juice bar”: fun to test new flavors, stimulate the taste buds, and recharge your batteries together!
And to provide all the comfort parents need when going out with their baby, changing and breastfeeding areas were made available.
