Classic walnut tincture

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Young (green) walnuts – 700-800 g

  3. Honey – 50-60 g

Method of preparation

  1. Grind clean dry walnuts, pour into a vessel with vodka and mix.

  2. Close the lid, leave in a warm place for 30 days, periodically shaking the tincture.

  3. It is good to express the tincture, mix with honey, filter and pour into a storage container.

Flavored nut tincture

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Young (green) walnuts – 500 g

  3. Sahara – 400-500 g

  4. Cherry leaves – 5 pcs.

  5. Cloves – 2-3 grains

Method of preparation

  1. Grind walnuts, pour into a jar and pour vodka, mix.

  2. Under the lid, insist in a warm place for 28-30 days, periodically shaking the tincture.

  3. Strain the tincture, add sugar and dissolve completely.

  4. Add clean cherry leaves, clove seeds, close and insist again for 14-15 days in a dark place.

  5. Filter the finished tincture well, pour into dry bottles, cork tightly, store in a dark place.

Walnut partition tincture

Ingredients

  1. Vodka – 1 l

  2. Water – 500 ml

  3. Walnuts – 500 g

  4. Honey – 50 g of honey

Method of preparation

  1. Chop the nuts, assemble the partitions and place them in a jar.

  2. Pour vodka, put at room temperature under the lid for 3 days.

  3. Drain the tincture, mix with cooled boiled water and honey. Mix well, pour into bottles for storage and cork. Keep in a dark, cool place.

Walnut shell pour

Method of preparation

  1. Walnuts, vodka, sugar syrup to taste.

  2. Chop clean nuts, take out the kernels, finely chop the shell. Pour crushed shells into the bottle to 2/3 of the volume of the vessel, fill to the top with vodka and close.

  3. Put in a dark place for 60-90 days. Drain the liquid, filter. Mix with ready-made sugar syrup to taste.

walnut liqueur recipe

Ingredients

  1. Green walnuts – 5 pcs.

  2. Sugar – 100-300 g (to taste)

  3. Vodka – 1 l

Method of preparation

  1. Finely chop green unripe walnuts together with the outer shell, pour into a glass bottle, pour vodka, close and leave for 3-4 weeks.

  2. After the expiration of the vodka (it will turn dark brown), pour it into another bowl, cover the nuts with sugar and leave it for another 2 weeks until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Pour the resulting nut syrup into a bowl with the previously drained infusion, mix and leave to clarify for 1 week. Pour the clarified liquor into bottles.
