Only one teaspoon of this oil is enough per day, but it is advisable to use it in its pure form, and not to use it for frying, although the latter also may not negatively affect the taste of the dish.

The simplest of these is a mixture of honey and egg yolk, to which is added a tablespoon of nut butter. The mask must be rubbed into the hair roots one hour before washing.
