Walking lunges — technique exercises:
- Starting position: feet on width of shoulders, hands on hips.
- Take a step forward. Bending your knees, lower yourself up until the knee almost touches the ground. The back must remain straight, and front knee to be directly over the feet.
- Straighten, straightening your knees and pulling rear leg forward.
- Repeat the lunge on the other leg.
