Probably, there is no person in the world who would not like homemade waffles. It is not difficult to prepare them at home, the main thing is to maintain the correct consistency of the dough, it should be like condensed milk in consistency. And, of course, the key to delicious waffles is a good dough recipe.
Dough recipe with a minimum amount of oil
Take 250 grams of flour, 400 milliliters of kefir, 3 eggs, 30 milliliters of butter, 30 milliliters of vegetable oil, 40 grams of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, half a teaspoon of baking soda, salt to taste.
Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder, add sugar, salt. Mix eggs separately with kefir and butter, beat until smooth. Combine the liquid and dry mixture, whisk with a blender on low speed. After the dough has stood for 15 minutes, cook the waffles in the waffle iron.
Another proven recipe
Take 150 grams of flour, 40 grams of sunflower oil, 50 grams of sugar, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sour cream or cream, half a teaspoon of baking powder.
Sift flour with baking powder. Mix all other ingredients separately, combine the two mixtures and stir well until all the lumps are broken.

- Ready-made waffles can be frozen. To do this, wrap them in baking paper, put them in a bag, put them in a container and send them to the freezer. Defrosting waffles is easy by simply reheating them in the microwave or oven.
- Waffle dough for breakfast can also be made in the evening. Just put it in the refrigerator, covered with cling film. If the dough thickens, just add a little milk, kefir or water to it.
- Wheat flour in waffles can be divided into two parts, one of which can be replaced with another flour – oatmeal, corn or rye.
