Volgogradka dramatically lost weight photo

Marina Soboleva from Volgograd was engaged in hard physical labor for many years, working as a ropewoman. She is a unique woman who, at the age of 49, realized that everything was just beginning in her life, and began to actively get rid of extra pounds. Marina recently turned 55 years old, and for five of them she holds a weight of 78 kilograms, and in fact she once weighed 134! How she managed to lose 56 kilograms, Marina tells herself.

You can’t live like that anymore!

“At 49 years old, I weighed 134 kilograms and suffered from severe bronchial asthma,” says Marina Soboleva from Volgograd. – The ambulance was the most frequent guest in our house. Once in one day she came 5 times.

The large weight was the result of hormonal treatment, which lasted 17 years, improper diet, because hormones caused a brutal appetite in me, and hard physical labor at work, after which I did not have strength even for the simplest exercise.

Relatives did not give up the hope to convince me that I could lose weight, and did their best to help me – they were looking for various diets and did not bring home foods that could cause an appetite.

The doctors whom I saw were unanimous about urgent weight loss, as the state of health continued to deteriorate. Lung problems were added to heart failure, surges in sugar and constantly high blood pressure, one of them began to dry out.

All dreams have come true, now we plan to keep the result for many years and never gain weight again.

Kilograms were leaving before our eyes

My life changed the day I met a nutritional consultant. He immediately picked up an individual diet. Now, early in the morning, I ate a balanced breakfast calculated according to BJU, between main meals I allowed myself small snacks and was happy to lose weight.

At different stages of weight loss, the coach-consultant rewrote the program based on the results obtained. First, he allowed me to eat fruits and vegetables, then he added fermented milk products to them.

Another plus of our joint work was the new knowledge of how to drink water correctly. But before I could not drink even two glasses because of the swelling that tormented me, but when the fat began to go away, I was able to drink more and continued to feel good. I reached my rate of water consumption (30 ml per kg of weight) after 7 months.

After getting on the scales 11 months later, I could not believe my eyes, the numbers showed minus 47 kilograms. And this could only mean one thing – I am going in the right direction. Having lost another 9 kilograms over time, for 5 years now I have been trying to keep myself in shape and keep the weight of 78 kilograms.

A few years later, I went to St. Petersburg and Minsk, Adler and Sochi, and before that I had never even dreamed of being able to leave home for such long distances.

However, travel is not the only achievement to be proud of. My health has also improved significantly. Along with being overweight, the body got rid of the main diseases: blood pressure returned to normal, now it is 120/80, edema is gone and the heart has become less disturbed, and asthma attacks have decreased several times. Now there are practically no medicines left in my home medicine cabinet. But I still adhere to the principles of nutrition with which I met:

– do not overeat in one meal, but eat in small portions every three hours,

– drink water regularly, every day, drinking the body’s norm,

– do not eat sugary carbonated drinks, juice and coffee,

– eat more legumes, vegetables, fruits, herbs,

– if you want flour products, reduce the portion to a minimum.

Many people think that healthy food is not tasty, but it is not. Marina Soboleva was convinced of this from her own experience and even started a recipe book with original dishes. Here is one of them.

Chickpea cutlets “Obovete”

Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours. Then you grind the resulting porridge in a blender or twist it in a meat grinder. You add the ingredients necessary for a rich taste: onions, carrots, zucchini, finely chopped dill, a clove of garlic, salt and spices. Minced meat is ready, you can sculpt cutlets. And fry in the oven, in a pan or in a slow cooker for a couple. And do not tell anyone that they are made of chickpeas, they will never guess, but they will gobble them up on both cheeks.
