As you know, water is the source of life. I always say to drink plenty of water throughout the day. And in the morning, as soon as you wake up, be sure to start the day with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach – it launches the entire body.

To be honest, I limit myself to food all the time. It’s like a law for me, but the main thing here is not to overdo it. It needs to be a healthy fast. And of course, healthy food. I am often asked for my favorite dish. But since I am hungry almost all the time, I answer that any food is my favorite.

Sport

Exercise is important for both women and men. It is necessary to get used to sports and fitness from childhood. I used to go in for swimming – this is a wonderful sport that trains all muscles at once. Now I spend more time on the treadmill, seven kilometers each time. But this is no longer for losing weight, but for keeping fit. They lose weight, alas, only from food restrictions.

For my body I use the world famous “Cleopatra bath”. Its recipe is very simple: 200 grams of coarse salt, better sea salt, and cream. Dissolve all this in a bath and lie down for 20-30 minutes. Rest assured, your skin will become soft, soft and velvety after it. And you will feel like a goddess – and life will play in a completely different way.

For face and eyes

To keep the skin on the face always soft, it must be nourished with various masks. First of all, cleansing masks – from oatmeal, vegetables, fruits. There is also a folk remedy for bruises and circles under the eyes – attach a napkin dipped in cream or a bag of previously brewed green tea.

For hair

To keep your hair strong and, as they say, alive, you also need to feed them with masks. I advise you to use a mixture of castor and burdock oil with the addition of vitamins A, D, E. They cost a penny in any pharmacy. Put this mask in a water bath, and then apply to the hair along the entire length and wait 20-30 minutes. A couple of times a week will be enough. The result will not be long in coming.

Slimming bath

I like to take a steam bath. It is a great way to relax, improve your health and lose weight. A couple of kilograms – that’s for sure. I checked it on myself. In the bath, I definitely take with me green tea with herbs or herbal infusion with lingonberries, linden blossom and, of course, honey. You need to make 4 visits to the steam room. Drink tea with honey before the second and third.

Recently, young and active women somehow unsuccessfully marry. Let me explain that we can do everything and therefore we take too much on ourselves. The feeling is that matriarchy is reigning in the world. We women try to do everything ourselves, from carrying bags to hard work.
