Volgograd hosted the festival of oriental dances 2015: photos

The Orient Express festival, organized by the Al Sharq dance studio, became an amazing holiday for all lovers of oriental dance and culture, in which girls from 13 cities took part.

The festival program included a competition among dancers in various categories (in total, almost 250 numbers from participants of different styles of Arabic dance were presented), a gala concert, as well as master classes by festival guests and guest stars. The main judges and guests of honor of the festival were one of the leading dancers of Egypt, a world-renowned teacher Nur (Tatyana Fedyaeva) and her husband Yasser Al Suwayri – President of the International Association of Artists in Egypt, singer, composer, musician, one of the leading dance teachers of the Middle East.

All performances of the participants of the competition program were very bright and memorable. According to the dance coach of the Alexandria school, Yulia Kozyr, who received the grand prix of the festival, whose students also won prizes in various dance categories, all the girls began a thorough preparation a few months before the competition. Pupils with solo numbers were engaged in a group, every day independently at home and almost every week they took an individual lesson from the teacher. And, of course, we scrupulously chose costumes for performances, which rightfully deserve special attention.

According to the participants of the festival, the costumes for the performances were sewn by different designers, and many of the students themselves took the initiative in sewing costumes, both for themselves and for group performances. We could not leave such beauty unattended, and we suggest that you choose Miss Oriental Costume!
