Vodka Khlebny dar: overview, types + how to distinguish a fake

Хлебный дар (Хлібний дар) – perhaps the most common vodka brand produced in Ukraine. This is a very decent medium-sized vodka produced in the Cherkasy region since 2005. However, what not to say, but to Khortitsa or the same Nemirov, she somewhat falls short.

Khlebny Dar vodka, produced by the Bayadera group corporation, also produces several other similar alcoholic beverages (Celsius, Cossack Rada, Air, Quail, etc.), is popular due to its reasonable price-quality ratio. Not the last role in its demand is probably played by a wide range of offered capacities: from 1,75 to 0,1 liters. The basis for this typical forty-degree drink is solid grain rectified, in some cases flavored with additional herbal ingredients.

Types of Vodka Hlebny Dar

Bayadera group produces several varieties of the brand we are interested in:

  1. Classical (Classical) – it is distinguished by a competent ratio of grains used, multiplied by following the traditional recipe (filling: 1,75, 1, 0,7, 0,5, 0,37, 0,2 and 0,1 l);

  2. Wheat (Wheat) – characterized by a brighter taste due to the exclusive use of wheat alcohol (filling: 1, 0,7, 0,5, 0,37 and 0,2 l);

  3. On the germinated grain (On the germinated grain) – piquancy and some softness of the drink is achieved by a short insistence on sprouted grain (bottling: 0,7 and 0,5 l);

  4. Rye Suite (Zhytnya Suite) – vodka with caraway-rye flavor, enriched with cinnamon undertone (filling: 1, 0,7, 0,5, 0,37 and 0,2 l);

  5. Winter (Winter) – designed for connoisseurs who are able to distinguish spirit from spring wheat from spirit from winter (filling: 1,75, 1, 0,7, 0,5, 0,37 and 0,2 l);

  6. Ukrainian (Ukrainian) – is made using an infusion on wheat crackers, which enriches and at the same time softens the taste of the drink (filling: 1, 0,7, 0,5, 0,37 and 0,2 l);

  7. Barrel wheat (Bochkova wheat) – frank show off, implying aging products in oak barrels (bottling: 0,5 and 0,2 l).

In order not to run into a pallet when buying a Khlebny Dar, you need to pay attention to the following points:

  1. The absence of a signal red strip on the cap of the purchased bottle, which appears at the first opening of the container;

  2. Coincidence of the bottling date burned on the cap and duplicated on the bottle itself;

  3. Double-sided label authenticity;

  4. Neatly pasted excise stamp;

  5. And of course, a trustworthy store.
