Gastronomic events and local production campaigns are on the rise, and there is nothing better than being able to protect them under a common umbrella so that their media coverage contributes global value to the development of activities.
This is what the Valencia Hospitality Business Federation (FEHV), promoting the creation of the brand VLC Gastro, as integrator of actions related to gastronomy in the CCAA of Valencia.
Throughout 2015, the Federation will organize and sponsor a series of events and activities that will be promoted with that brand image to achieve a measurable and permanent value in the development work that remains in the image of the participants in each sample.
Fairs, congresses, seminars, workshops, events, will be the bearers of the emblem that will be released to us throughout the year:
- “The Valencian breakfast” for a month of celebration.
- “The Route of the cocktail”.
- “The week of the miniature kitchen.”
- “The Guide to bars and restaurants in Valencia and its province”.
- “The Days of Rice and Valencian Wine”.
- “The Four Hands Menus”.
- “The VLC Gastro Hospitality Awards” as the culmination of a series of activities and recognitions.
Institutions, and other organizations such as the Valencia Tourism Agency They will participate in these initiatives to help spread the Valencian gastronomy and the places to enjoy it as the main objective.
We can only wait for the celebration of the different events that we announce in order to give the value that the novel deserves. VLC that will surely bring us value, hegemony and above all professionalism in the contests and conferences that are held under his leadership.
