Cooking food is also expected to contribute to global warming.

Vitarianism in version vegetarian assumes the exclusion of meat and its products from the diet. However, the consumption of milk, milk products and eggs is allowed. Due to the risk of salmonella in chicken eggs, raw food diet with the inclusion of eggs, however, is quite risky – salmonella bacteria do not die at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius, and a slightly higher temperature is allowed in raw food.

It is also worth remembering that each diet should be preceded by a series of tests to check the condition of the body.
