INDICATIONS AND DOSAGE
Dietary management in newborns and breastfed infants with increased demand for vitamin. K. Orally 0,025 mg / d until 3 months of age. Squeeze the contents of 1 capsule into the expressed mother’s milk or directly into the baby’s mouth.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use parenterally.
WARNINGS
The preparation should be used under the supervision of a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Particular care should be taken during administration so that the child does not swallow the capsule. Breastfed newborns and infants, apart from a single dose of vitamin K given in the hospital, require further prophylactic supply of this vitamin in the period from the second week to the third month of life. Infants fed with modified milk formulas, milk for premature babies, as well as milk replacers after receiving a single dose of vitamin K after birth (in the hospital) do not require further preventive supply of this vitamin. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation does not contain cow’s milk protein, lactose, sucrose and gluten.
