Visolvit is an effervescent powder for children or capsules for adults. It is a set of nutrients, supports the functioning of the human body from an early age. It is available in the form of a soluble granulate with a slight fruity taste for children, i.e. Visolvit Junior. It can also be used by adults to supplement their diet with essential vitamins and minerals, it is also available in the form of capsules for adults, as Visolvit Complex. It is a dietary supplement rich in vitamins and minerals. By running a very rich and varied diet, we are not able to provide the body with all the necessary minerals and vitamins. When consuming vegetables and fruits, the body needs additional supplementation to keep it healthy. It should be provided with portions of additional vitamins as well as macro- and microelements to meet the full body needs. Additionally, Visolvit contains a whole range of essential ingredients for the body to strengthen it. In today’s world rich in processed food characterized by an intense lifestyle, it is necessary to additionally take care of the body and its proper supplementation.

Visolvit – what does it contain?

  1. Vitamin D is responsible for the regulation of calcium and phosphate metabolism. Thanks to it, the absorption of calcium and phosphate in the intestines increases, it also positively influences the bone mineralization process and is essential for the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. If there is a deficiency of vitamin D3 – this can lead to the development of rickets, bone mineralization disorders, osteoporosis;
  2. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, protects against the harmful effects of free radicals, is essential in many metabolic changes. Takes part in the processes of oxidation and reduction, e.g. in the biosynthesis of collagen, folic acid, adrenal cortex hormones, facilitates the absorption of iron;
  3. B vitamins: Vitamin B 12, Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B12), Vitamin B 6 are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system. B vitamins support cognitive functions (memory and association), reduce fatigue, are necessary in the course of hematopoietic processes and many metabolic and energy changes;
  4. Vitamin A – participates in the growth and regeneration of epithelia, in the development of the nervous system and in the process of vision;
  5. Niacin – supports the nervous system, contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
  6. Pantothenic acid – helps in the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. It helps to maintain mental performance.

Visolvit is recommended in the states of increased physical and mental activity of children and adults. Visolvit should be used by people who want to maintain the proper vitamin balance of the body.
