Historical information

The history of the Food Industry Center “Ariant” began in 1995. It was then that a new factory of sparkling wines equipped with Italian equipment was built in Chelyabinsk. It was the first enterprise in the country operating at such a distance from the sources of raw materials. At first, grapes had to be bought from leading suppliers in the south of Russia and abroad, but already in 2001 the company acquired most of the agricultural enterprises of the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Territory.

The company immediately took up the restoration of vineyards, planting 2,5 thousand hectares of seedlings brought from Spain and France. The farms received new equipment of Austrian and German production. In 2002, the grape processing plant was modernized, which was named “Kuban-Vino” and became the largest producer in the southern part of Russia. The company supplies wine materials, which serve as raw materials for the work of the CPI “Ariant”.

The production lines of the plant in Chelyabinsk are equipped with equipment from the USA, Germany and Italy. The territory has its own artesian well with a depth of 65 m. Wine production is carried out under the supervision of specialists from the French Institute of Oenology. The plant annually produces more than 50 million bottles of products, a significant proportion of which are sparkling wines.

Manufacture

Champagne Villa Blanca is the result of the work of Russian winemakers and experts from the Italian company Enofly. Its production technology is much simpler than traditional tank or bottle aging methods. Wine materials of various varieties are blended, natural flavors are added, and then saturated with carbon dioxide. The result is a low-alcohol drink with a bright taste, reminiscent of sparkling wine in structure.
