Classic method

  • 2 kg of viburnum fruits;
  • 750 grams of sugar;
  • 750 ml water.

With honey

  • 750 grams of sugar;
  • 5 g ground cinnamon;

  • 750 ml water.

  1. Remove all the seeds from the oranges and cut them into half rings.
  2. Prepare the berries: Wash thoroughly, peel and dry on a paper towel.
  3. In a saucepan, prepare the syrup, gradually adding granulated sugar until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
  4. Add all other ingredients to boiling water.
  5. Boil the compote until the fruits begin to burst.
  6. Pour hot compote into pre-sterilized jars and close with lids.

Without sterilization

To preserve all the beneficial properties and vitamins, you can use the recipe without pasteurization. For this you will need:

  • 1 glass of berries;

Cooking Instructions:
