Very sexy… match

Well, finally! Scientists have found out why most men do not leave their TV screens during football broadcasts. It turns out that football excites no less than sex.

While men are watching the European Football Championship, women are sometimes perplexed: why do their partners and friends, as if spellbound, do not leave the screens? “Because football is just as exciting as sex!” neuropsychologists answer*. By measuring the level of hormones in the blood of Spanish fans who supported their team at the last World Cup, scientists were convinced that when men are passionate about the game, their testosterone levels rise sharply – the male sex hormone that enhances competitiveness, aggressiveness, and the desire to assert themselves. Psychologist from the University of Indiana (USA) Edward Hirt (Edward Hirt) found that the next day after the victory of his team, the fans feel more confident than on other days, consider themselves sexually attractive and have more confidence in themselves, performing tests on I.Q.
