Good morning, world!) Today is my morning late, but, as they say, I can afford it! I couldn’t sleep last night. The most frequent occurrence for me is lack of sleep! There is a lack of sleep at all, like last night, for example. But since sleep and rest are very important for the body, then you have to recover doubly! What am I doing? The morning after a lack of sleep or with a small amount of it – I still do exercises. The same one, according to the book “The Ancient Secret of the Source of Youth” by Peter Kelder. As I said, I do it every morning, regardless of the state, even if I’m a little sick. My number of repetitions depends on the amount of time. When you sleep a little, it seems: why exercise, and so there is no strength. But the body needs somewhere to take strength and energy after a lack of sleep, and it is with these exercises that I give them to it, so I wake up the body, turn it on, charge it.
I tried it on myself many times – it works! In general, I got up, water, exercise. Of course, if I sleep for less than 6 hours, on this day I do not force myself with power loads. It just isn’t necessary. But yoga for me is another helper. And if I’m at home, then, of course, I go to class with pleasure. It often happens to me that when I don’t get enough sleep, I want to eat all day. This is because the body’s regime is disrupted.
Naturally, I try not to go along with it, eat in moderation and only light foods. Of course I drink a lot of water throughout the day. In general, I do everything to help the weakened body to hold out during the day. If there is such an opportunity as a nap, I sleep. If not, I have dinner early and go to bed early.
Of course, I try to admit such days infrequently, otherwise you can bring yourself to chronic fatigue, and this I cannot allow. You need to take care of yourself! But even without such days, my life does not work out. I want to work, I love my job and I accept such a schedule.
