Scientists have revised their attitude to vegetable oil. Previously, it was believed, we recall that the inclusion of oil in the diet can provoke diseases of the heart and blood vessels. But doctors rejected this theory, urging all Russians to consume vegetable oil every day in the amount of 5 tablespoons.

What caused this change in the point of view of scientists regarding the product? Experiments, they say, have been carried out on mice to this day. And their reaction to oil and attitude to a human product are different. Scientists were prompted to this idea by an experiment that was repeated at least 15 times. It was attended by 500 different people. And each time the reaction to the oil of the human body remained positive. Namely, linoleic acid, which is part of the product, did not allow inflammation in the body to develop and cause diseases of the heart and blood vessels. It helped to lower the level of “bad” cholesterol in the blood and had a positive effect on the body.

Only animal fats, especially in large quantities, are harmful to health, doctors say. And corn, soybean and sunflower oil is not only possible – you need to consume 5 tablespoons a day. And sometimes include French fries and chips on the menu. Produced with the participation of vegetable oil, even they, in a sense, can be a shield of the heart and vascular systems.
