Method of preparation

Cut vegetables into strips, sauté in vegetable oil, then add tomato puree and sauté for another 7-10 minutes. After that, fish broth or water, vinegar, allspice peas, cloves, cinnamon are introduced and boiled for 15-20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add bay leaf, salt, sugar.
