You need to move a lot, often rotate your arms, bend your elbows and knees, stand on your toes, and often lie on your side. It is important to reconsider the diet of the expectant mother: exclude dishes that contribute to blood thickening: fatty, smoked and spicy. It is also worth abandoning high-heeled shoes, replacing them with comfortable sports models.
