Method of preparation
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar. Boil milk, cool to 60C, dip the yolks into it and, stirring, heat in a water bath until the mass thickens. Then beat the protein and add to the mass. Whip the vanilla cream and add to the already cold mixture. Serve with coffee or chocolate.
