– After 30 and up to 60 years, we should look as if we are still 30. This is quite real. In my opinion, the main thing is a healthy lifestyle. A person can use all the novelties of cosmetology, rely on genes, but if he drinks and smokes (not occasionally, but on a regular basis), then this will certainly affect at least his skin.

Probably, I could have made no effort at all to look good, since I got amazing genes. My grandmother passed away in the 101st year, and she lived a beautiful life in all respects. At 100 years old, she had white smooth skin, no age spots, cellulite. Of course, over the years, the skin in some places has weakened, sagged, but if my grandmother at one time knew everything that is known in cosmetology today, she would go in for sports and use some creams other than baby creams, she would probably look even better. My mommy is also in great shape, I look at her and admire her. And she doesn’t do anything supernatural.

Amazing with volumes is no longer fashionable

Understand that the same sport is a guarantee of not only a beautiful figure, but also good health. It improves blood circulation, hormones, makes our body flexible. It has been proven a hundred times: fitness helps to activate all processes in the body. I do not urge anyone to run to sports clubs. On the contrary, it seems to me that their time has already passed. Because training with heavy weights gives the body muscle volume, and it seems to me that the desire to amaze with volume remained somewhere in the 90s. The body now needs to be lean, dry, and this can be achieved with regular home workouts.

For example, Oleg Gazmanov has been doing a set of basic exercises at home all his life: corner, push-ups, squats. And look at what form he is in! I walk at a fast pace on a treadmill every day. I put her on the slope, turn on the TV and went. “Not every home has such a simulator,” you argue. And I, believe me, have not had it all my life, just recently acquired it. But now everyone has mobile phones, for which a myriad of all kinds of sports applications have been developed. No one wants to do exercises from memory that they once saw in the gym or shown by a neighbor; they need a guide and stimulus. And me as well. Therefore, on tour, I turn on a program on my phone, which shows what kind of exercises you need to do, how many repetitions, how much time to allocate for rest. Everything is calculated for you, lie down on the rug and do it.

There is also a wonderful device “Disk-yu”, my mother trains with it, like an expander. The belt is put on, on the arms and legs – cuffs, which are fastened together with an elastic band, and the tension of the elastic is adjusted using special wheels on the belt. You can do both squats and arm exercises with this thing – whatever you want. Recently I tried it myself, performed a classic program, and the next day all my muscles ached. Although I do sports every day. In general, so many things you can think of, there would be a desire!

I eat cottage cheese, almonds and apples

But, as you know, sports, a healthy lifestyle work only in conjunction with a correct, balanced diet. And this does not mean that you need to diet. On the contrary, there is nothing good in fasting, and there should be no excesses in carbohydrates or proteins in our body either: it will immediately affect the skin. I eat absolutely everything. For my birthday, for example, I ate half a slice of cake at 12 at night. So what? I was on my feet all day, spent so much energy that the cake could not do any harm to me.

On ordinary days, I cook food in a multicooker, it turns out delicious dishes without adding oil. I have been using it for three years now. Although I did not fry anything before the multicooker appeared. I can’t even imagine how you can eat fried potatoes floating in oil, I don’t like it anymore. But as a child, I ate it up for a sweet soul. If you don’t have a multicooker, you can cook in dry pans or in pans with a ribbed surface – both meat and fish are great on them. But I don’t really like a couple of dishes. Moreover, you need to cook for the whole family, and Yosya categorically does not eat steam at all.

It would be nice to start the day with a glass of water, but I can’t. I often jump up in the morning hungry and rather cook porridge. I love millet with pumpkin very much. The fast ended long ago, but I still continue to eat her breakfast. Also in the refrigerator I always have cottage cheese, not very fatty, but not fat-free, dried almonds, green apples and, of course, vegetables.

After the listed three positions, which I put in the first place, comes the point of maintaining the condition of the skin with the help of cosmetology. I’m not talking about surgery, God forbid. Although, of course, one cannot renounce, wait and see. But I hope that my own resources will be enough for me up to 60 years. Moreover, now there is such a variety of creams and techniques. What I love and really do is hardware treatments that promote extra collagen production. I like biorevitalization (injections of hyaluronic acid, which restore skin elasticity. – Approx. “Antenna”), but, unfortunately, I do it once every five years, because after it there are small pimples for a couple of days, and they cannot be hidden with a tonal agent. And I cannot afford the luxury of being off the schedule for two days, you need to look good every day. The audience probably thinks that the artists have a carriage of free time. You can disappear for hours at beauticians, but this is not the case. If I go to the salon, then I choose a procedure that is non-traumatic and effective, such that I come back and close this issue for several months. One of them is plasmolifting (injections of your own blood plasma, rich in platelets. – Approx. “Antenna”), which is similar in meaning to biorevitalization, but after it there are no traces.

During working hours I sleep seven hours on average. But sometimes it happens that there are two. For example, before filming a new video, I had to get up early in order to have time to do my makeup. When this happens once, it does not affect the appearance. Yes, and God had mercy, I do not have edema, dark circles, bags under the eyes – probably this is an individual feature of the body. After a sleepless night, it is enough to invigorate the skin a little with the help of collagen masks.

And you know what’s amazing? I don’t sleep much on vacation either. First, it’s a pity to waste time sleeping: it seems to me that I will oversleep my life, lose some impressions. And secondly, I get enough sleep there. Last year we went to Switzerland, where I slept only five hours for a month. Moreover, she got up herself, without an alarm clock and led an active lifestyle – she played a lot of sports, walked in the mountains, which means that she wasted a lot of energy. She fell off her feet, but still jumped up after five hours. Just like Margaret Thatcher. I asked the doctors why this is so. They explained that in our body, redox processes take place over a period of time. If there is enough oxygen, these processes proceed faster, and the body does not need to rest for eight hours, like at home. So the vacation is really necessary, there we recuperate.

I will say more: if there is internal fatigue, then no makeup, no cosmetic tricks will help to hide it. It will be reflected in your eyes. There are people whose eyes are on fire at the age of 70, they show the desire to live, to be surprised, and this makes them younger. I believe that the character is given to us from birth, then we only correct it. I am a positive person, absolutely not envious, I will always be happy for someone else, not because I am so good, but simply the organ of envy in me is undeveloped. This, by the way, is not so good, because because of his absence, I am not ambitious enough, I just do what I love, I do not gnaw out victory at any cost. I’m sure this all affects my appearance, and that’s why people come to my concerts. Since, in addition to what the artist sings, it is important how he does it, what kind of charge he carries. The viewer remembers the mood with which he left the hall. When a person after my speech says: “Lord, how good I am, I seemed to be energized,” it is worth a lot.
