– I always start with the fact that the most important thing is to love yourself! Everything begins with this: an idyll in the family, a good relationship with her husband, happy children who grow up in love and care. Of course, you need to properly plan your time, putting in the first place what is more important to you. I didn’t have time to make homemade puree for the children, well, it doesn’t matter: store jars are a great alternative. Do not drive yourself into a corner, it does not lead to good.

– I am motivated by my own reflection in the mirror: I set a goal and achieve it, proving to myself that I can handle everything. After giving birth, there was no opportunity to go to the gym and eat a variety of foods. There was no time for anything. I fell apart. Then I thought: “Lera, you are not a weakling! Pull yourself together! You can all! Adapt to the situation and everything will work out. ” I trained at home while the children slept, while the steamer cooked their own food at this time. By the way, it is very useful to make yourself a small list of promises, print them and hang them on the refrigerator so that it is always in front of your eyes.… Cardio in the gym was replaced by stroller walks in the park and fresh air. I did not refuse anyone’s help: my mother-in-law came and I ran for a stretch or a manicure. I realized that with children you manage a thousand times more: there is no time to swing – go for it!

– At first, I abandoned my blog: I actively conducted it during pregnancy, and then there was a recession. It takes at least an hour to take a beautiful photo and write a post, and I didn’t have time for anything. And then I realized: I like to write interesting texts, share useful texts with my subscribers, communicate with them in the comments. I correctly prioritized, made task list and hung it up in a prominent place, felt less sorry for herself, and there was more time. It is important here to plan your day in the evening, and if everything goes according to plan, it’s great.

– I do not think that proper nutrition is a fresh chicken breast with dry buckwheat and cucumbers. It’s delicious, colorful and varied! Even a chocolate cake or burger might be right. The main thing is to know your portion and cook with good ingredients. For example, replace the white bun with a gray one and add more vegetables. When there are no prohibitions, then there are no breakdowns.

– Earlier, when I was just learning to drink my water requirement, the Water Balance app helped me. It took three weeks to develop a healthy habit, and I deleted it. With liquid, everything is simple: for every kilogram of weight, 30 ml of water. If you drink coffee or wine, then a plus for each mug of coffee or glass of wine is another glass of water. From other applications now I sometimes use only Fat Secret: it calculates how many calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates you ate in a day, so as not to go beyond the limit. As soon as I feel like I can’t control myself, I start to drive all the food into Fat Secret and keep track of the amount eaten.

– We taught children from birth to fall asleep on their own. I kiss them, wish them good night and go out. Immediately I begin to put the apartment in order, without sitting down in an armchair and without checking the phone. Such a final motor turns on for me. As soon as everything is done, I sit down with my husband, we chat about how anyone had a day. This is very important, more important than watching a TV show or even reading a book. I go to bed no later than 23:30, because I will not have the opportunity to lie down until 9:00. This is my rule. Better not to have time to do something, but go to bed on time. After all, a healthy sleep is the key to a great mood in the morning. So you will have more time!

– My husband and I switched to a healthy diet even before the children appeared – there are a lot of greens, vegetables and fruits in our refrigerator. And children do not know anything else, because they follow an example from us. We do not eat purchased dumplings and do not fry sausage in a pan. We just don’t like this, but prefer baked fish in the oven with Provencal herbs and lemon, and for garnish we usually have vegetables and rice / buckwheat / bulgur / potatoes or sweet potatoes. Of course, proper nutrition is a way of life. You eat like that all the time. Even away and on vacation. And this is real. It’s just that when you try, you cannot stop. Hence, there is a good mood and a pleasing reflection in the mirror, and few would refuse such a thing.

– I love the gym, and only it! No Pilates and yoga can be compared to him for me. I want to have a healthy and strong body, I like the muscles playing on my legs and a tight butt, a flat stomach with two stripes. The main thing is not to overdo it and choose female exercises. In the summer, I also add cardio. In winter, when time permits, I go for aerostretching (stretching in hammocks) and twine classes. It doesn’t matter what to do, the main thing is to do it and get high!

– I am a positive person in life. Since childhood, my mother taught me to get up and “make” the mood for myself! After all, everything depends only on you. Smile to yourself, tell yourself that you are the smartest, most beautiful and you will succeed today, tomorrow and in general always. I used to take negative comments about me to heart, I was not ready for this side of publicity. And then I realized that this was not worth my thoughts, let alone tears. And there are still more good people in the world. As in my blog.

– Of course, your favorite destination is Italy! Our beloved country with a century-old history. You walk along these small romantic streets, which other people walked before you thousands of years ago. Each time I see this country from a new side. Be it Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice or the islands of Ischia and Capri. Many people associate travel with food, but we associate it with movement, discoveries and a new atmosphere. No, do not think, I give myself indulgences. But those that will not interfere with my later and will not leave a feeling of guilt. For breakfast, I won’t skip a croissant, and for lunch I can easily eat wholegrain pasta or pizza. But I will choose an easier dinner – white fish or seafood with a green salad. And it’s better to eat less, but try everything for the rest. Plus more walking and walking tours. After all, on vacation it is important to get emotions, not extra pounds.
