Valencia is already Gastronoma
The Great Gastronomic event is back one more year to become the great gastronomy event of the Valencian Community
This gastronomic event, brings together the best of culinary knowledge, the skill in preparation and especially those who love cooking.
Renowned chefs such as Ricard Camarena, Begoña Rodrigo, María José San Román, Raúl Resino, Miguel Barrera, Kiko Moya, Manuel Alonso, Bernd Knöller, Vicente Patiño, Rafa Soler, Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo, will be in the city of Valencia offering visitors all his knowledge in culinary art.
During the next 19, 20 and 21 November at Feria de Valencia, we will attend a very interesting program of activities that is aimed at all audiences, and is an essential appointment for professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry, chefs, room managers, sommeliers , shops and specialized stores, students, foodies …
There is not only elaboration, Gastrónoma is the commercial brand of the Restoration, Hospitality and Food Fair, being a showcase also for manufacturers, distributors, small merchants and artisans who present their news, innovations and gastronomic offer.
A weekend full of passion for food in the highest of expectations, where we can attend Showcooking, tastings, presentations, tastings, conferences, workshops and many more activities for a very affordable price, being able to purchase the ticket through the gastrónoma website for € 3 only, as I also facilitated the organization of the event in the last edition of Gastrónoma Valencia
What can we see in this edition of Gastrónoma 2016?
The proposals that we will find in this 2016 edition will be varied and above all very illustrative, not only because of the color of their elaborations, but also because of the extensive content in really novel matters and trends in the sector.
In the Cooking space, we will see the courses, workshops and demonstrations, which together with the Central Kitchen are the main visual attractions of the contest, which together with the Gourmet Bar, where you can enjoy haute cuisine tapas, and the Rice Corner, where some of the most relevant rice masters of the Valencian Community will meet, they complete the culinary activity.
El Pan has another preferential place within the gastronomic event, and attendees will learn from the best bakers in Spain, illustrating themselves and tasting their breads.
Another of the unique spaces is that of Entreolivos, where extra virgin olive oils play a leading role and will give way to the activities of the Club, to enjoy spirits, or the space for wine, Wine Experience.
The acclaimed Craft Beers will also be present, where the producers and makers of the fermented ones will generate an interesting networking with the new consumers of these products.
