How to increase the vaccination rate in Poland?
The rate of vaccination against COVID-19 in Poland is clearly declining. This is very worrying given the threat of the extremely contagious Delta variant, against which a single dose of the vaccine protects against little.
A record number – over 620 thousand. – doses were given on June 3. On June 10, over 485 thousand were performed. vaccinations and from that day on, the bars on the graph are getting smaller. Yesterday only 148 were given. doses, last Thursday it was over 384 thousand.
How to ensure that the willingness to vaccinate does not decrease? Especially since there is no shortage of vaccines and free dates. Dr. Paweł Grzesiowski, a popular pediatrician and immunologist, presented his idea. On the doctor’s Twitter profile we read:

The call by an immunology specialist caused quite a stir on Twitter. Some of the commenters agreed, some criticized (“I suggest you go to a specialist – psychiatrist”), others suggested more absurd ideas.
Some, however, understood that Grzesiowski’s statement was ironic. He himself explained it quite quickly.
