The benefits of aloe for the skin have been known for a long time, and the range of its use is quite wide, ranging from the treatment of burns to the elimination of other skin problems. For each case, you can choose your own recipe, you just need to use aloe juice regularly.
Benefits of aloe for facial skin
Aloe has a lot of positive qualities, its juice relieves irritation, promotes regeneration processes in cells, thereby preventing the appearance of wrinkles. Aloe also has antimicrobial properties, making it ideal for skin prone to inflammation. Aloe is not only a part of cosmetic products of various companies, but is also successfully used in folk recipes, used not only to preserve the beauty of the skin, but also the hair.
In case of burns, aloe vera is applied equally successfully, moisturizing the damaged areas of the skin, as well as contributing to its faster recovery. The advantage of aloe is not only in these properties, but also in the fact that when it is used, burns disappear almost without a trace, without scarring. The simplest recipe is compresses from aloe juice, mixed in equal proportions with honey and pre-infused in the dark for at least a month. If there is no such remedy at home, you can use pure aloe juice as a lotion.
Before using these techniques, you should consult a doctor, since such treatment will not be enough for serious burns.
Masks with aloe juice are successfully used in cosmetology due to their versatility. The recipe can be selected not only for any skin type, but also for any age. A mask made from aloe juice mixed with honey has rejuvenating properties. For dry skin, you can use a mixture of aloe juice and olive oil as a nourishing mask. It is good to wipe oily skin with biostimulated pure aloe juice. Sensitive skin will be soothed by a mask of aloe juice mixed with linden blossom infusion.
A universal moisturizing mask will be a mixture of aloe pulp with the same amount of peach oil. Any mask is applied to previously cleansed skin and kept for at least a quarter of an hour, after which it is washed off with cool water. If oils are present in the composition, then wash with warm water.
Sometimes you can see recommendations for improving the condition of the skin in the use of aloe juice inside, but here you need to be careful, since with all the benefits, there are still contraindications
How to properly prepare aloe juice
It is important to know that it is biostimulated juice that is most effective for treating or adding to the composition of masks, whose production is somewhat different from that obtained by simple squeezing. The leaf must be processed immediately after cutting it, scraping the pulp from the inside, mixing it with a few drops of lemon juice and keeping it in the refrigerator for at least a day. At low temperatures, special processes are activated in aloe that make it even more beneficial for the skin. The resulting juice can be stored in glassware for no more than a week.
