Did you know that not all tangerines on our counters are the same? And the difference is not only in the country of origin – there are many varieties of tangerines.
Clementine… These are fruits of a flattened top and bottom shape, bright orange in color, sweet and juicy, with a delicate smell, have been sold in Russia since October. They contain the most vitamin C.

Sacuma. Small, sour or sweet and sour, pitted, with a loose, bumpy skin, coarse pulp, slices of different sizes, ripening time – November-December. This group of varieties also includes tangerines of the Unshiu variety, which are brought to us from Abkhazia.
Shiva-mikan. The flattened small fruits with a bright yellow skin appear on the shelves at the end of October.
But tangerines are good not only to create a mood. They are also used in folk medicine.
Juice and pulp
1. Tangerine juice is a healthy dietary and medicinal drink. Children are advised to accustom children to it from a year, if the parents do not have an allergy to it, which the baby could inherit.
