We are all very familiar with the orange drink Fanta. We also all know that under a beautiful and bright label in a store drink contains so many chemical harmful substances that it is not recommended to drink it for adults, and for children, fantasy is completely taboo.
However, for lovers of the intense orange flavor of Fanta, there is a great alternative – homemade fanta. The taste of the drink is not inferior to anything analogous from the store, and in terms of the level of benefits for the body it is thousands of times higher than it.
Ingredients:
- Water – 700 ml.
- Orange – 2 pcs.
- Mandarin – 3 pcs.
- Lemon – 1 pcs.
- Sugar – 150
- Sparkling water – 500 ml.
- Sugar – to taste.
Preparation:
1. The fruit must be washed very thoroughly, as we will use the zest. Remove the zest from the lemon with a knife or grater. We only need the yellow part, make sure that the white part of the lemon does not get into the Fanta, otherwise it will taste bitter. And just remove the white part from the lemon (or cut it off).
2. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining lemon. Or you can remove the bones and twist it in a blender. We repeat the same process with oranges and tangerines: remove the zest, squeeze out the juice.
3. Put the zest from the fruit into a saucepan, pour in the juice, add sugar.
4. Pour boiling water over and boil for literally 1 minute. Cool down and send the saucepan with our mixture to the refrigerator for 5 hours, let it infuse and the amazing orange-lemon aromatic taste appears.
5. Strain the syrup, mix with soda in a 1: 1 ratio – and you can drink! You can mix everything into a bottle at once, or you can mix it in portions just before serving.
