Patients with urological problems should know about two very disturbing symptoms that may indicate a developing cancer. Postponing the visit to the doctor even by a week may have tragic consequences – warns in “Onet Rano.” urologist, Dr. Michał Małek. What are the symptoms?
The first symptom noticed by the doctor is hematuria, i.e. blood in the urine. – This cannot be overlooked. Urine is red, often with clots. This is an alarming signal. I appeal to patients, if it appears, please contact your GP or urologist.
If the situation is not urgent, we can consult a doctor without leaving home, using telemedicine. For this, the patient can make an appointment with your doctor for a TV visit.
The second symptom that should be consulted with your doctor as soon as possible is the enlargement of the tumor in the scrotum and testicle. – This could indicate the most dangerous urological cancer – testicular cancer. Dr. Małek emphasizes that the development of this cancer is very fast, and postponing a doctor’s appointment by up to a week may have serious consequences.
