Up to what age girls grow up: height, height, when they stop
It is believed that a person can continue to grow until the age of 25. But for everyone, this process takes place according to an individual program. A ten-year-old student may be the lowest in the class, and outgrow everyone by the end of school. Sometimes a girl notices at the age of 16 that she has not changed for a long time, and after a while she will find an increase of a couple of centimeters.
How old do girls grow up to?
On average, girls stop growing at the age of 16-17. The most intense jumps are observed in the summer. For a good gain, you need to monitor your diet. It must be correct and balanced in order to receive the necessary substances in sufficient quantities and prevent metabolic disorders – this is one of the most common factors of delay.
During the growing up of the girl, she experiences periods of accelerated addition of centimeters and changes in her body. At 11 years of age, there may be a jump in height and the formation of more feminine body lines. During this period, girls in the class look very different, because development does not occur evenly and individually.
If the girl considers herself too tall and is complex about this, the mother’s task is to explain to her that there is no reason for concern. A tall girl is beautiful, and besides, there is an opportunity to try herself in the modeling business.
It is impossible to artificially slow it down or stop it, and there is no reason to do it. It is important that the girl learns to assess herself adequately and has good self-esteem. No need to slouch – it looks ugly, spoils posture, and most importantly – threatens with curvature of the spine.
The reason for the short stature may be a disease suffered in childhood and affecting the functions of the body. Hormonal disruptions can also cause short stature.
There are ways to help your body grow more intensely:
- Regular training on the horizontal bar. Gradually increasing the duration, you need to hang on it, eventually reaching the daily hour in this position. You don’t need to pull up. The horizontal bar can be installed at home and practiced in any weather.
- For hormonal problems, doctors sometimes suggest taking artificial hormones. But this must be done under strict medical supervision, as undesirable consequences may occur.
Usually, this feature of the organism is transmitted in a genetic way. If the parents are short, their children are more likely to be short too. Tall people often have the same offspring. But this does not always happen, there are exceptions.
