Before sending your reservation check, take the time to find out about the services included: meals, towels, cot, baby equipment, cleaning, water, electricity … at the risk of having to pay a heavy bill. Indeed, many little extras are often billed by rental companies. Inquire!
Also remember to take the lead if Médor or Félix is traveling with you. Last precaution: do not hesitate to ask your interlocutor about the environment (road, shops, doctor) and the surrounding activities (swimming pool, tennis, restaurants). Depending on the location, you will have to take the car to refuel or go swimming. It is best to have telephone contact beforehand, if you can, directly with the owner.
Once all the formalities have been completed, all you have to do is pack your bags!
Deposit or installments?
Be vigilant when booking your stay. Down payment or down payment, it is not the same thing. If you pay a deposit when booking, you can still change your mind, but you will lose the amount paid. On the contrary, a deposit is the payment of part of the final sum. You are required to pay it in full.
In the absence of details, the money paid is considered as a deposit.
