How to decorate an Easter cake – this question arises before everyone who bakes them for the bright holiday of Easter. We suggest you set aside the powdered sugar and purchased sugar figurines. Pay attention to this interesting Easter cake serving – an imitation of a bird’s nest. This spring and kind image is very symbolic.
You will need chocolate, colorful dragees, or mastic Easter eggs. A thin pastry syringe will be needed from the tools. And, of course, try to get a cute bird that will decorate your cake. They are often sold in stores before Easter.
So, let’s start!
1. Bake Easter cake according to any recipe. Give it a rest, take it out of the mold.
2. Cut a small indentation at the top of the Easter cake.
3. Coat the whole cake with melted chocolate.
4. The base is ready. Now it’s up to the decor. Twigs in the nest can be made using melted chocolate, squeezing it onto the cake from a thin syringe, or sprinkling sweet straws on the cake smeared with melted chocolate.
5. Inside, be sure to pour multi-colored sugar pills or Easter colored eggs. And sit the bird on the nest.
Let us remind you that earlier we told you what the culinary traditions of Easter mean.
