Until when can a baby breastfeed?

Until when can a baby breastfeed?

What women do not have to listen to during this natural process.

The heroine of this story always had a stereotypical, that is, bad relationship with her mother-in-law, which, she hoped, would improve with the advent of children. Unfortunately, it did not happen. Moreover, during breastfeeding, the mother-in-law began to say absolutely terrible things to her face.

The heroine believes that it was already obvious to everyone what she was doing: she was putting a hungry child to her breast. There is nothing shocking about this. Nevertheless, her mother-in-law felt it necessary to rudely announce this to all the guests at Thanksgiving dinner.

Because of this remark, the heroine felt not a person, but a thing. And the mother-in-law answered that she was feeding her grandchildren and would not cover anything, no matter how disgusting she was and no matter how loudly she expressed her indignation.

3. “What’s your size now?”

This question pissed off the heroine. She was not going to discuss with anyone the changes in her body during pregnancy and lactation. Eternally wrapped up and sleepy, she still remained a person, not just a parent, and guarded her personal space.

4. “What if they see you?”

This question embarrassed the heroine, although it would be more correct to ask why others tend to see her breasts when she feeds the child. The mother-in-law specifically pointed to the strange uncle of her husband and little nephew and stressed that it is not necessary to feed in their presence, especially at the Christmas table.

5. “My son also loved breasts.”

6. “I thought you didn’t have enough milk.”

It is very strange to discuss how much milk your daughter-in-law has in front of other people. The heroine had to stammer, find some reasonable explanation for this fact, and then cry all day.

7. “Why don’t you just switch to artificial nutrition?”

The heroine gradually transferred her son to artificial nutrition, but she did not immediately and secretly from her mother-in-law, believing that this did not concern her.

8. “Why don’t you do this in a public toilet?”

The heroine believes that there is no worse feeding place than a public toilet. Therefore, she refused and considered it very strange that her mother-in-law would offer her to feed her baby when someone was nearby, just so that someone would not see her nipples.
