To prolong the youth and elasticity of the skin, women should do masks and peeling at least once a week.
Body
The methods for maintaining the smoothness and health of the skin of the body are similar to facial treatments. Our body requires:
- cleansing (daily);
- moisturizing (daily);
- scrubbing (1 time per week).
In addition, do not forget about:
- Contrast shower — used to cleanse the body and tone it. The main thing is not to delay with the duration and not to rush to extremes in terms of large temperature differences.
- Taking a bath — no longer than 20 minutes. Use bath oils. After steaming, apply moisturizer.
- Mobile lifestyle — prevents the appearance of cellulite, makes the skin supple.
Arms
Here are some simple tips for caring for your hands and nails:
First, in order not to dry out the skin of the hands, use a mild or baby soap. You can use a facial cleanser instead of soap. Please note: ordinary toilet soap often has a dehydrating effect.
Secondly, antibacterial soap not only destroys the protective layer, destroying microbes, but also dries out the skin of the hands.
Thirdly, moisturizing hands should occur half an hour before bedtime or before going outside. Do not forget that hands must be protected not only from the wind, but also from the sun.
Fourth, get a manicure and pedicure set. Use it for regular care. Once your nails are done, don’t forget to apply cuticle oil.
Hair
Please note that every time you wash your hair, your hair becomes more susceptible to damage. So, for example, when wet, they are prone to brittleness.

- Comb your hair before every wash. So that this process does not cause difficulties after washing and less traumatizes the structure, start combing the strands in the direction from the tips to the roots.
- Apply masks and conditioners exclusively to the ends of the hair.
- Use warm or not too hot water when washing. Otherwise, you activate the process of hair loss: from hot water, the pores of the scalp expand.
- Never go to bed with wet hair. There are 2 reasons for this. First: you can catch a cold. Second: you risk the health of your hair — so they are more prone to brittleness and loss.
- Use hair products as they protect against mechanical stress such as combing, drying and other styling.
General Care Tips
- Say NO to bad habits.

- Sunglasses prevent premature wrinkles under the eyes and protect the eyes from UV rays and dust.
- Sunscreens should be used regularly to slow down skin aging.
