Every month we study in detail one of the new products that seems to be the most interesting. This time we tested the Revitalift Laser X3 serum, L’Oréal Paris.
Laser rejuvenation is considered today the most effective procedure. “The laser affects the functioning of cells that slow down with age,” says dermatologist Claire Beylot. – Small wrinkles disappear, pronounced wrinkles are reduced, the complexion improves. The skin is smoothed, it becomes elastic, tightened, elastic. But, despite the result, many are stopped by the painfulness of the procedure, its high cost, and the fact that the rehabilitation period lasts several weeks. Therefore, L’Oréal set out to create cosmetic products that are comparable in effect to laser exposure. The result of this work was the Revitalift Laser X3 line, L’Oréal Paris. It includes cream, face serum and eye cream. The cost of these products is much lower than the laser treatment, while they give a comparable effect and are pleasant to use.
Operating principle
Revitalift Laser X3 formulas include fragmented hyaluronic acid and a Pro-Xylan molecule. These powerful anti-ageing ingredients boost skin’s moisture levels and restore skin’s natural renewal mechanisms. Revitalift Laser X3 Serum and Face Cream contain Pro-Xylan at an unprecedented 3% concentration. The serum also includes Ceramide Pro. This substance strengthens intercellular bonds and prevents dehydration of the skin. Lipohydroxy acid (LHA) in the face cream accelerates cell renewal. And the caffeine in the eye cream stimulates microcirculation, eliminating dark circles and puffiness.
Feature of application
Revitalift Laser X3 is suitable for all ages. However, the line gives the most noticeable results after 45 years. The fastest effect gives the use of serum together with the cream. But in the summer it can be applied on its own.
Promised result
The Revitalift Laser X3 line should smooth fine lines and reduce deep wrinkles, tighten the skin and increase its density, narrow pores and refresh the complexion. Within two months, the Revitalift Laser X3 promises to improve skin condition almost as visibly as after a fractional CO2* laser treatment.
We chose Revitalift Laser X3 serum for its versatility: it can be applied to the entire face, including the eye area.
*Comparative study by L’Oréal Laboratories shows that a fractional CO2 laser results in a 20% reduction in skin microrelief and a 17% reduction in fine lines in a single treatment. Revitalift Laser X3 in 8 weeks levels the microrelief by 18% and reduces wrinkles by 14%.

First impression
“A liquid emulsion with an unobtrusive fresh scent spreads easily and absorbs quickly. The first time the skin was slightly reddened and warmed up, but this did not happen again.
Using
“In the morning and in the evening I wash my face twice: the clearer the skin, the better the care products work. Four clicks on the dispenser are enough for me: a pea on each cheek, forehead and décolleté. On the advice of L’Oréal Paris beauty expert Joelle Ciocco, I apply without warming my hands to keep the ingredients active. I massage my face in circular motions from the center to the periphery, then I tap it with my fingertips. I have very dry skin, but I don’t need a face cream after this serum.”
Effect
“I am delighted! From the first day, the skin became denser, and the face was refreshed. Two weeks later, morning swelling under the eyes disappeared, “crow’s feet” and the nasolabial fold decreased. I am especially pleased that the oval of the face was tightened. Even my grown daughter said I look better. And it’s worth it.”
