Best place to stay: I prefer the sea in early spring or autumn, and in summer and in the republic it is good if you choose an active holiday. This year I discovered the south of Bashkiria, where I had previously been only in winter. Mountains, serpentines, pine forests with intoxicating air: all this is already capturing on the way. I visited Lake Bannoe, on its beautiful coast I spent a whole weekend in the hospitable sanatorium Yakty-Kul. There I also visited the Sabantuy holiday and climbed the Kryktytau ridge, from where a beautiful view of seven lakes opens up.

How you stay in great shape: good mood and company, comfortable clothes, a minimum of makeup – all I need to look beautiful in summer. During this period, I arrange a rest from the usual exercises, swimming, walking, cycling and climbing the mountains become the main loads. Summer is the time when you can use the riches of nature for health and beauty, so it has become a tradition for me to visit the springs, the benefits of which can hardly be overestimated. And, of course, the dacha. There time stops and you can still feel like a little girl who secretly picks unripe berries and swims around the lake on an inflatable dolphin.

Best place to stay: I like traveling very much. Since I work as a model, I often travel. In the summer I always try to choose a contract where there is a sea. This year I was vacationing with my mother in Greece, on the island of Rhodes. We really liked it there, and I promised myself that I would return to the island again. Now I am under a contract in Italy and, if I have a day off, I will try to go to the sea. I love Italy for its measured lifestyle and wonderful cuisine.

How you stay in great shape: I try to play sports. Every day starts with a morning run. It became a habit, one might say, running has become a part of life.

These islands have fabulously beautiful nature, powder-soft sand and smiling friendly Thais. In addition, the resorts have a lot to see and a lot of entertainment. I fell in love with this country and I advise everyone to visit it! I also really like to relax with us, in Bashkiria. Abzakovo, Bannoe lake, lakes Aslykul, Kandrykul, Atysh waterfall, Mount Iremel, Kush-Tau, Nugush reservoir – these are not all places where you can escape from the bustle of the city far from civilization. The natural beauty of Bashkiria is no less breathtaking than at foreign resorts!

How you stay in great shape: sport has become an integral part of my life, and I can’t even imagine my summer vacation without classes. In addition to my favorite gym (I work out consistently 3 times a week) in the summer I like to run and roller-skate. I also walk and travel a lot. I pay special attention to nutrition. I eat 5-6 times a day, in small portions, with a break of 2-3 hours. In the first half of the day, I eat complex carbohydrates and fruits. In the afternoon, I prefer protein foods and vegetables. I eat fruits in small quantities (no more than 200 g), as they contain a lot of sugars, which contributes to weight gain. I do not eat gastronomic “rubbish”, for example chips, canned food, sweets. In summer, the body’s need for water increases dramatically. I quench my thirst with water. I recommend not to abuse soda, lemonade and other harmful substances containing sugar and other additives.

Best place to stay: if this is a vacation, then you definitely need to go abroad, to the sea, lie down and bask in the sun. In the morning, go jogging along the promenade, exercise because it brings joy and, of course, swim in the sea. If the rest is in the middle of the week, you can go to nature, go with friends to the cinema, cafes, take a walk in the parks – there are many beautiful places in our city! In winter, you can go ice skating.

How you stay in great shape: my life consists of training. I work as a personal trainer in the gym and trainer of group programs, so during the day I have several different workouts: for example, cycle, pump and zumba. In addition, I do 3 strength training sessions per week in the gym and do 2 days of cardio training (usually running). Training brings me pleasure, and when you see your own progress, there is not even a thought to stop or abandon the sport. But we must not forget about proper nutrition, since this is the main thing, without which you cannot achieve your goals. We need to eat less sweets, more protein and fiber, and don’t forget about slow carbohydrates that give us energy. You need to drink more water, especially in the heat, to speed up your metabolism and avoid dehydration.

Best place to stay: where I was born and raised, where my parents live – the village of Nikolskoye. I come here to visit almost every week, summer vacation is no exception. There is incredible mountain air, which makes your head spin. And what beauty the landscapes are in the village and what clean and refreshing water in the Saldybash River! When you swim in it, you don’t even want to go out. In the afternoon, I walk through the pine forest with my beloved nephews, and in the morning I try not to be lazy and go jogging. There is always a lot of work in the village, especially if you have your own farm. Therefore, even on vacation, I do not lie for a minute and am always busy with something: I help my mother in the garden, in the garden, around the house, my father – he is a well-known beekeeper in the republic – in the apiary.

How you stay in great shape: to be in good shape, during my rest I go in for sports for about an hour a day. There is no gym in the village, so I myself built barbells and dumbbells from improvised items: water cylinders, sand and iron pipes. From dense fabric I sewed weights for the legs and arms, stuffed them with river sand and I’m doing it no less effectively than in a fitness club! I go skiing in winter. 70% of the slimness of the body depends on nutrition. Every day, but until 16 pm I eat complex and long carbohydrates: oatmeal, buckwheat, barley. I also try to eat berries and fruits before this time.

After 16 hours in my diet only protein: chicken breast, eggs, fish, cottage cheese and fiber (vegetables, herbs). During the day I drink a lot of water (up to 2 liters, not counting tea, coffee). I rarely allow myself something sweet or tasty (1-2 times a week). I am a coach, so I have to be in good shape and be an example for my clients. I always say: beauty does not require sacrifice, but regular practice. And everything will work out!

The best way to keep fit is through exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy sleep. My food is special, I was born in a vegetarian family, so meat and fish are always absent in my diet. I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and dairy products. I try to go to the gym more often, I run in the evenings, I like cycling. But the main thing is to fill yourself with positive and happiness! Best place to stay: Alupka, Crimea. This resort mixes three types of air: sea, juniper (the city is in a nature reserve) and mountain (Ai-Petri mountains are behind Alupka). I rested there for 7 years, for six months. I have three children and I spent every pregnancy there. But two weeks are enough to enjoy and improve your health at this resort. Perhaps the only disadvantage of Alupka is that there is no entertainment for teenagers. But for children under 12 years old – the best option. With teenage children, it is better to relax in Sochi and Adler. The best foreign resorts: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, Turkey, but the last two, alas, are not yet available.

How you stay in great shape: it all depends on the nutrition. I don’t go on diets, I just eat, which is healthy and tasty. And, of course, I go in for sports. Many, when they see me for the first time, do not believe that I am a mother of three children. My secret is to love yourself and take care of your health. Children see what a beautiful mother they have, and they also follow a healthy lifestyle. By the way, in order to improve your figure, you do not have to spend money on a subscription to a fitness club. It could be even a cake or fried potatoes. It is important to eat for breakfast and no later than noon. For lunch, I definitely have soups, because hot food helps to improve digestion. For dinner – meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. But everything is individual. The key to a good figure is an active life. Best place to stay: I have been abroad only twice: in Thailand and Turkey. The best place is definitely Tai. These are extraordinary white islands with azure waters, tons of exotic fruits, unimaginable aromas of spicy cuisine and narrow cozy streets where you just want to dodge on a motorbike. Of course, you cannot compare with our southern resorts. The level of recreation on the Black Sea coast needs to be raised several levels higher than now, and, perhaps, then it will be possible to achieve comfortable conditions for vacationers.

How you stay in great shape: first of all, it is food. The correct diet is 90% of the beauty of the body. If everything is stable inside, it means that the outside will be the same. And, of course, nowhere without the training process. I work out in the gym with dumbbells and barbells and with my own weight on a pole.

Now my hobby has turned into making money, and I enjoy training others. Naturally, the coach should be an example for his charges, so being in shape is my job. On vacation, I allow myself to relax and enjoy the culinary delights of traditional cuisine, which often does not coincide with the concept of healthy eating. But here it is important to remember about the portion size, limiting yourself, for example, to a couple of slices of pizza instead of a whole one. Any product can be both a poison and a medicine – everything is determined by the measure. The second secret of keeping in shape on vacation is high physical activity: walking, swimming, cycling – any movement will help burn additional calories, which means that you will not bring a couple of extra pounds from vacation along with magnets. If this does happen, then on returning home it will be easiest to throw off the excess for someone who has the right eating habits, muscle memory and endurance. Just a week, then another, and you are back in the ranks. Therefore, it is important to lead a correct lifestyle throughout life, and not a month before the vacation.

You need to eat right and stick to an active lifestyle! Even on vacation, I always take my sneakers with me and gladly arrange morning runs on the beach and visit the gym.

My beloved and I flew to the island the next day after nikah, one might say, went on a honeymoon trip. Cyprus is a wonderful place! Here is the azure Mediterranean Sea, amazing cuisine and, of course, people. There are a lot of vacationers at the resort and at the same time they are very different, and this is what attracts attention. I love people, coming on vacation, I always watch them with pleasure.

Best place to stay: new countries, unfamiliar places and, of course, the sea, sun and a nice beach. I love swimming and sunbathing. Sometimes you want to plunge into that very lazy vacation, lie on the beach, enjoy the sun and all the delights of “ol inclusive”. By the way, in order to have a great rest, it is not necessary to travel far – there are excellent places in our republic as well. For example, last year, during the filming, I visited many amazing places in Bashkiria: Lake Aslykul, the natural park “Muradymovskoe gorge” … In general, I think that a good rest is a friendly company!

How you stay in great shape: on vacation it’s hard to give up delicious food, and you don’t need to, that’s why it’s a vacation. I burn the collected calories in the gym, pool and swimming in the sea. Fortunately, you don’t have to limit yourself too much in food.
