Twisting with hands over the head — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on your back and bend your knees at an angle of approximately 60 degrees, as shown in the figure.
  2. Press your feet into the floor, and hands with crossed hands pull over my head. This will be your initial position.
  3. On the exhale, follow the twist of the forward upper part of the body. The blades should come off the floor, and arms should remain stationary, level with the head, neck and shoulders. Hold this position.
  4. On the inhale slowly lower to the floor, returning to its original position.
  5. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: to complicate the exercise in hand, you can take additional weights.
