Twisting on the block — technique exercises:

  1. Sit on a horizontal bench, with your back to the cable machine.
  2. Grab the rope with both hands so that the palms were facing each other and were over your shoulders as shown in the figure. Tip: allow the weight a bit to stretch the lower back. This will be your initial position.
  3. On the exhale, without moving your hips start to curl up, bringing your elbows to your thighs.
  4. On the inhale slowly return to starting position.
  5. Complete the required number of repetitions.
