Cut the onion and carrot into cubes the size of a green pea and lightly fry them in vegetable oil until the onion softens slightly. We transfer the onions and carrots to a saucepan or saucepan, in which we will stew the goulash.
Cut the turkey fillet into pieces of 1.5-2 cm and quickly fry, stirring, in the same pan.
