Tumbler – a glass for bold cocktails

A tumbler (from the English Tumbler) is a glass with a volume of 150 to 300 ml. It differs from similar rox and old fashion glasses with a thicker bottom, which in turn affects the weight of the glass.

Used to drink Scotch and Irish whiskeys, neat or on ice.

Some bartenders serve whiskey or bourbon cocktails in this glass. Due to its shape, it is not used for tastings and complex whiskeys.

The shape of the toggle switch can be completely different: from round convex to curved square walls.
