Beer “Trekhsosenskoye” is brewed on artesian water from fragrant hops and barley malt. On the palate, you can feel the sweetness of cereals, rotten hay, fruit impurities and bitterness of hops. The foam is not very resistant, medium-grained. The aroma contains light honey and marsh-herbal accents with oily inclusions. The aftertaste of the same grassy notes, hop bitterness and semitones of ripe grain.
The history of the Trekhsosensky plant begins at the end of the 1888th century, when the merchant Vatslav Ivanovich Bogutinsky decided to build a brewery in 1. For this, a beautiful place was chosen in Melekesse (now Dimitrovgrad) – by the pond, where three magnificent pine trees towered. Later, the plant became the property of the dynasty of industrialist Konstantin Grigorievich Markov, merchant of the XNUMXst guild, head of the Melekess settlement.
The Markov Brewery was one of the first in Russia to brew beer in accordance with European technologies. The drink was stored in barrels of its own manufacture, which contributed to the preservation of a special taste and freshness. The exemplary quality of the beer brought many awards, and the production facilities made it possible to export products abroad.
The rumor about the taste merits of the varieties “Vienna”, “Table”, “Plzenskoe”, “Czech Export” and “Black” flew to Nicholas II. Another well-deserved award and high status – “Supplier of the court of His Imperial Majesty” plant “Trekhsosensky” received in 1910.
