Zajady means pathological changes in the oral mucosa and most often appear in the corners of the mouth. Left untreated, they develop into painful erosions. Inflammation is usually caused by fungal or bacterial infections. Treatment consists primarily in eliminating the causes that caused the problem.
What causes gout?
Small cracks in the corners of the mouth are usually underestimated, but they can be important signals that the body sends. What do they testify to? They often indicate deficiency states, body weakness, and even systemic diseases. It is worth learning more about these unpleasant changes and learning how to fight them. People who suffer from zajady and use an unhealthy diet, poor in vitamins, should start the treatment by supplementing the deficiencies. It is best to look for natural sources of valuable ingredients in food, especially in vegetables and fruits. You can also support yourself with preparations from the pharmacy that contain B vitamins and vitamin C. However, a balanced diet that provides the body with all the necessary nutrients and regular physical activity provide significant support for the immune system. And an efficient immune system is the most effective “barrier” against infections. Patients who struggle with overeating must add coffee, which “flushes out” vitamins and minerals from the body. In addition, you should give up spicy dishes and spices that irritate damaged skin and intensify ailments. It is also worth limiting sweets – sugar is, unfortunately, an excellent nutrient for yeast, which can contribute to the development of zajady.
How to fight zajaj?
Painful zajedy can be treated with aloe vera, which has disinfecting and regenerative properties (the leaves should be rubbed on the affected areas). It is also worth reaching for yeast – a rich source of B vitamins. A drink made of yeast, milk and sugar is also drinkable (once a day for a week). Zajady is combated by honey combined with cod liver oil – the mixture has antibacterial properties and soothes irritations. You can use vitamin B in capsules – crush it, add it to the cream and apply it to the “sick” skin at night. Inflammatory changes are also relieved by the fungicidal and bactericidal properties of garlic (it should be rubbed into zajady) or water with vinegar – as a compress for irritated skin.
