  • Potato juice. To do this, peel the potatoes and pass through a juicer. You can grate and squeeze through gauze. You need to take 20 gr. juice 30 minutes before meals at least 3 times a day for a week. In the second week, the portion is doubled, in the third it is tripled. On the fourth week and until the end of the month, a single serving is 100 gr.

  • Potato-carrot juice. A duet of two popular, and most importantly, always available vegetables, copes with stomach ulcers no less effectively. To prepare a drink, you need to mix 100 gr. carrot and potato juice. Drink every morning on an empty stomach for 2 weeks. But seizures, soreness and unpleasant symptoms of the disease most often leave after a few days of treatment.

In order to get the maximum benefit, it is important to treat gastric ulcers only with fresh juice from good, undamaged tubers. 10 minutes after squeezing, the concentration of nutrients is halved. Therefore, for effective therapy, you need to drink juice immediately.

Contraindications. Individual intolerance to the product. With caution, take juice with increased acidity of the stomach. At the first stages of treatment, you can reduce the portion by 2 times. It is not recommended to carry out treatment at the end of winter with a stale root crop, in which a substance harmful to the body accumulates – solanine.
