Treatment of periodontal disease at home begins with changing your diet. Immediately exclude chocolate, sugary drinks, cookies from your diet – they create a very suitable environment for the reproduction of pathogenic microflora. Introduce yourself a rule – immediately after eating food containing carbohydrates, rinse your mouth for a long time and several times.
Peel a piece of pine or oak sprig and put it in your mouth. Begin to bite lightly on the stick. Do this simple exercise every day. Over time, add another exercise – with your front teeth, clamp the stick and move your jaws up and down. Do the third exercise last – pull the twigs at one end with your hands, and bite the other with your teeth. Such gymnastics has a beneficial effect on the muscles, increases the flow of additional blood to the gums, and substances from the branches give a healing effect.
Change your toothbrush. It should have soft bristles. This will not be able to injure the gums and enamel when cleaning. Choose a toothpaste with herbal ingredients and a low concentration of abrasive particles and smaller particles.

Treating periodontal disease at home – tips
Rinse your gums for several minutes at a time at different times of the day. To do this, prepare the most common solution – dissolve 20 drops of propolis alcohol solution in a glass of water. This disinfects the oral cavity and also neutralizes pathogenic microflora. A decoction of the bark of oak and linden trees also strengthens the gums.
Myrrh Gargle Tincture… Take 15g myrrh, dilute in 60g wine alcohol, add 15g spoon spoon, 15g chopped raspberry leaves, 16g orchis leaves, 15g mint and 30g good wine vinegar. All this is corked in a glass bottle, and put on for 3 days. Then filter the tincture and rinse the mouth.
Rinse solution with tea and garlic… Mix 1 tsp. dry tea and 1 tsp. chopped garlic, pour 1 cup boiling water. Insist in a tightly sealed container for 20 minutes, strain. Rinse your mouth for 5-10 minutes. You must first brush your teeth well and only then rinse. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.
We rub the gums… For 20 g of honey, take 5-10 g of table salt (better if the salt is burnt) and stir thoroughly until dissolved. Put a lump of a mixture of salt and honey in a cloth and rub your gums with it.
