Unfortunately, most of us will not avoid situations and accidents throughout our lives that cause scars. Everyone wears at least one of them, although few scars are so large and visible as to be ashamed of them or try to get rid of them “at all costs”. Unfortunately, there are also such. Importantly, scars do not pose a direct threat to us, but they certainly do not look aesthetically pleasing – and therefore especially women – want to fight them.
Scar treatment
For the treatment of scars, you can use special ointments from the pharmacy. Their prices are really different. We can find the cheapest ones for about PLN 10, and the most expensive ones for even PLN 150. We divide them into ointments with onion extract and additional ingredients, and silicone gels. The scar can also be treated surgically. Usually, the surgeon cuts it out, then sutures the wound and orders it to be cared for in such a way that a second scar does not form. However, this practice does not work well for hypertrophic or keloid scars.
