Octopuses with Chinese ancestry
The Chinese do not think of an everyday menu without seafood, in particular octopus. Mini octopus “Maguro”, produced just in China, will be the key ingredient in a spicy salad. Cut 300 g of mini-octopuses into several parts, brown with 2 cloves of crushed garlic in a hot frying pan with oil. 1 large bell pepper cut into cubes. 150 g of shrimps are cleaned and boiled until tender, 100 g of squid fillets are cut into strips. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add 100 g of pitted olives, season with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce, and garnish with fresh herbs. Mussels from the green island
Seafood is also highly revered by New Zealanders. It is from there that the meat of Maguro mussels is brought to Russia. Heat a frying pan with olive oil and, stirring frequently, fry 250 g of mussels for 5 minutes. At the end, pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over them and remove from the stove. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and peel, cut into cubes. Boil 150 g of rice. Combine all these ingredients with the mussels in a salad bowl and season with a sauce of 50 ml of olive oil, 2 tbsp of grain mustard and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Tuna with a Vietnamese accent

Fill 100 g of red rice with 200 ml of water, add salt and cook until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle the rice with lemon juice and cover with a saucer. Mash with a fork 300 g of canned tuna, combine with warm rice. Finely chop 1 boiled egg, cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Combine all the salad ingredients in a deep bowl, season with olive oil, soy sauce and lime juice. This salad will enliven the everyday menu with an interesting combination of flavors.

Chop 200 g of cherry tomatoes in halves, cut the bell pepper into small slices. Finely chop a bunch of green onions and basil, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Mix the dressing with 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of thyme, salt and black pepper. Combine 200 g of white canned beans with vegetables and herbs in a salad bowl, spread the pieces of trout on top and pour the dressing. Maguro cod liver is made for puff salads. It is made from fresh fish caught in the sea waters of Iceland. Boil 3 potatoes and 4 hard-boiled eggs. All the ingredients are cleaned and individually grated on a coarse grater. On a fine grater, grind 200 g of any hard cheese. Finely chop 2 pickled cucumbers. Mash with a fork 300 g of cod liver. Now we collect our salad. We put an even layer of grated carrots on the dish, then cucumbers, liver, then the layers alternate. Be sure to coat each layer with sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. This salad can be served at the table for the next family holiday.
