Method of preparation
Cut the lumbar part into two pieces per serving, fry on both sides until half cooked, put meat in a portioned pan, and around potatoes, fried in slices, fried mushrooms, pour with a mixture of eggs, milk, flour and cheese, put onion rings on top and bake in the oven.
