With themes in Excel, you can change the look of your document with just one click. Each theme comes with 12 colors, two fonts (for title and body text), and effects for shapes and SmartArt.
- If you look at the figure below, then on the tab Page Layout (Page Layout) in a group Themes (Themes) shows that the document is designed using a standard theme Office.
- On the Advanced tab Home (Home) in a group Font (Font) You can see the colors and fonts of this theme.
- On the Advanced tab Page Layout (Page Layout) in a group Themes (Themes) click on the button Themes (Themes) and select the desired theme.
- On the Advanced tab Home (Home) in a group Font (Font) you will see the colors and fonts of this theme.
Note: On the Advanced tab Page Layout (Page Layout) in a group Themes (Themes) open the dropdown list Colors (Colors) to select other colors for the theme. To select other fonts, click on Fonts (Fonts), then click on the button Themes (Themes), select Save Current Theme (Keep current theme). The new theme will be saved in the folder Document Themes. Now you can use this theme in all Excel workbooks, Word documents and PowerPoint.
