If you prefer gravy, add another 1-2 tbsp. l. flour. At the end of the “Frying” program, put the chicken legs on the vegetables and fill with the dressing. We set the “Quenching” program for 1 hour.

Oksana Matveeva’s comment:

– Personally, for this recipe, I prefer to use the “Multi-cook” mode instead of the “Fry” mode, the temperature is 120 ºС and the time is also 15 minutes. In the middle of the last program, I usually open the lid and stir the food and add salt if necessary.

To prepare classic yoghurt, we need 1 liter of milk and two 125 ml jars of yoghurt without additives: “BioMax” or “Activia”.

Put the yogurt in milk and mix with a blender or mixer, pour into molds and put in a multicooker bowl. We launch the Yogurt program. After the end of the program, cover the yoghurts with lids and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Oksana Matveeva’s comment:

– Since there is a one-year-old child in the house, the most popular and simple dish that I cook in a slow cooker is yogurt. If your model of a multicooker does not have the “Yogurt” program, but there is a “Multi-cook” mode, use it, setting the temperature to 40 ºС and the time to 8 hours. Special jars for yogurt can be replaced with baby food jars by placing a gauze or waffle napkin on the bottom of the bowl. With a little imagination, you can make not only classic yogurt, but any other. If at the mixing stage add a bag of vanilla sugar and 2-3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar, then we get vanilla, if you add cocoa powder, previously diluted in a small amount of milk, it will be chocolate. Also, as a filler, I use berries mashed with sugar, it can be strawberries, blueberries, red currant jelly. Add at the mixing stage 3 tbsp. l. and stir well with a blender or mixer. If you mix with a spoon, the berries will settle and the taste will not be pronounced. Such yogurt is stored in the refrigerator for 5 days.

A very favorite and popular dish in our family. The recipe is very simple. Cut 6-7 medium apples into cubes, put in a deep bowl and add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1 tsp. rum or cognac, mix everything and let stand. Lovers can have another 1 tsp. add honey.

At this time, we prepare the dough: beat 4 eggs with 1 cup of granulated sugar into a tight foam (I also add a bag of vanilla sugar, I love it very much when the pastry smells of vanilla), then add 1 cup of flour and knead the dough until the consistency of thick sour cream.

We grease the bottom and walls of the multicooker bowl with sunflower oil (I do this with a paper towel), spread the apples and fill them with dough, evenly distributing them over the filling. We start the Baking program for 1 hour and voila!

Oksana Matveeva’s comment:

– Charlotte is perfectly baked. Keep in mind: when baking in a slow cooker, the top edge does not brown and becomes the bottom of the cake, and the filling is on top.

Stewed potatoes with vegetables

You will need 300 g of pork pulp, 4-5 medium potatoes, 1 medium onion, 1 medium carrot, 1 can of red beans in their own juice, 1 bell pepper, vegetable oil, ketchup, salt and seasonings to taste.

Cut the meat into cubes 1,5 x 1,5 cm, potatoes 2 x 2 cm, finely chop the onion, finely grate the carrots, dice the pepper 1 x 1. Put everything in a multicooker bowl, add salt, spices, vegetable oil 2– 3 tbsp. spoons of ketchup, stir, close the lid, select the “Stew” program and the cooking time is 50 minutes.

Daria Skobeleva’s comment:

– The recipe is simple and uncomplicated, preparation takes a little time! Quite an option for dinner on weekdays.

You will need 500 g of cottage cheese, 5 eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 100 g of butter, flour “by eye”.

Grind the butter and flour into crumbs, pour the resulting shortbread dough onto the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Beat the eggs with sugar until the mass brightens, then gradually stir in the cottage cheese, mix everything until smooth and pour into the bowl, close the lid. Cooking on the Baking program for 30 minutes.

Daria Skobeleva’s comment:

– Again, a simple and delicious recipe. It can be prepared in the evening and left for breakfast.

Prepare 1 kg thighs, 2 tbsp. l. honey, 2 tbsp. l. mustard with grains, 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 medium onion, salt and your favorite seasonings as desired.

Finely chop the onion, mix honey, mustard and soy sauce, add salt, spices and onions. Grate chicken thighs with marinade, leave for 30 minutes. Then put in a multicooker bowl, close the lid and cook on the “Fry” program for 15 minutes, then turn over – and another 10 minutes.

Daria Skobeleva’s comment:

– As you can see, I love quick recipes. With a small child, this is the best option. But the result is always excellent!

It will take 2 tbsp. l. semolina, 3 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. starch, 600 g of cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. l. heavy cream or butter, 2 eggs, a bag of vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp. l. flour, 0,5 tsp. soda, salt on the tip of a knife and 100 g of fresh or frozen cherries. A little butter and 1 tbsp will also come in handy. l. bread crumbs – for greasing and sprinkling the multicooker bowl.

Making casserole is a snap. All ingredients except the cherry are mixed at the same time. Put cottage cheese in a deep bowl, add eggs and sugar, grind everything until smooth. Add cream to the resulting mass (instead of cream, I used butter melted in the microwave in the same amount), vanilla sugar, 0,5 tsp. soda and a pinch of salt, stir thoroughly. Next, add semolina, starch, flour and mix again. It is necessary that the pieces of cottage cheese completely disappear. It happens that the cottage cheese is dry, then the mass turns out to be very tight, in this case you can add a tablespoon of sour cream.

Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We spread the curd mass in the multicooker bowl. Lay out the cherries with a pattern. The curd casserole is prepared under the closed lid of the multicooker. In the “Baking” mode, bake the casserole for 50 minutes. We leave the hot casserole in the multicooker bowl with the lid open and only after it has completely cooled down, put it on the dish.

Daria Skobeleva’s comment:

– The recipe for this pastry was tested quite recently, but I liked it very much. As a filling, you can use any berries, both fresh and frozen. I used frozen pitted cherries.

For cooking you will need: 1 head of white cabbage, 1 small beet, 1 carrot, 2 medium onions, dill and parsley, 250 g pork sausages, 250 g smoked brisket, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and salt.

Beets and carrots need to be peeled and grated on a coarse grater. Wash the cabbage, chop finely. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, wash and chop the herbs. Cut the sausages into circles, the brisket into pieces. Heat the oil in the multicooker bowl and fry the brisket in the “Multi-cook” mode at 160 ° C for 3 minutes. Add the sausages and fry for another 3 minutes. Add cabbage, beets, carrots, onions and herbs, lightly season with salt, stir, add butter to taste, close the lid and cook in the “Multi-cook” mode for 1 hour 5 minutes at 110 ° C.

Daria Skobeleva’s comment:

– It would seem that the usual dish acquires a completely new taste. It turns out to be very juicy and tender.

Chicken wings in sour cream sauce

You will need 500 g of chicken wings, 300 g of sour cream of 15% fat, 1 onion, salt, ground black pepper, sunflower oil.

Rinse the wings under running water, fold them in a separate bowl, salt, pepper, add spices to taste, but a little! Pour a tablespoon of sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Fry” mode, spread the wings and fry until golden brown! Next, cut the onion into half rings and throw it to the wings! Meanwhile, we slightly dilute the sour cream with boiled water and fill our wings with sour cream sauce! We set the “Quenching” mode for 15–20 minutes.

Svetlana Andreeva’s comment:

– Optionally, you can add a couple of garlic cloves passed through a press to the sour cream. And serve such wings well with boiled potatoes.

Baked Potatoes with Pork and Herbs

Cook 400 g pork, 6-7 medium potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, salt, sunflower oil.

We wash the pork, dry it with a towel. We cut into the usual pieces. We put on the “Fry” mode, pour in oil, toss in the pork, lightly salt, chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a medium grater, add everything to the meat and fry! Cut the potatoes into cubes, and as soon as the meat turns golden, add it! Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices and fill everything with water so as to almost cover the potatoes. We close the lid, set the “Extinguishing” mode for 40-50 minutes.

Svetlana Andreeva’s comment:

– Pork can be replaced with any other meat. I like to add Provencal herbs as seasonings. And if, after cooking, you leave the potatoes with meat in the heating mode, then the dish will turn out like from a Russian stove.

Chicken baked with Philadelphia cheese, garlic, pepper and thyme cream

You will need the actual chicken, 150 g of Philadelphia cheese, 10 branches of thyme, 1 chili pepper, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt.

Free the pepper from seeds and finely chop. Remove the leaves from the thyme branches, press the garlic through a press, add everything to the “Philadelphia”. We mix. Cut the chicken along the breast, salt, grease with the resulting cream on all sides. Add a little sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode and wait for the result.

Svetlana Andreeva’s comment:

– The cream can be used to grease the chicken not only on the outside, but also on the inside. In a multicooker, the bird will cook in about 1 hour and 10 minutes, depending on the size.

Stewed potatoes with meat

Cook a pound of any meat – pork, beef, chicken fillet, 1 kg of potatoes, 1 carrot, any frozen or fresh vegetables – bell peppers, green beans, Mexican mix, etc., 2-3 tbsp. l. sour cream, vegetable oil, salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized slices, leave for a while in a bowl of cold water, carrots – into strips (as for pilaf), onions – into cubes. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add carrots and onions, fry until softened in the “Baking” or “Fry” mode. At this time, cut the meat into small pieces, cubes – as convenient, add it to the vegetables, continue to fry until almost all the liquid has evaporated, then add any vegetables, select the “Stew” mode and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Then add potatoes, sour cream and, if desired, tomato paste. Add water to cover the food a little. We leave everything to languish for about 1,5 hours. Towards the end of cooking, add salt and pepper to taste.

Yulia Tsueva’s comment:

– The meat is very tender. I always add water so that after stewing a little broth remains: my family loves this dish in this form. You can serve the dish with finely chopped fresh herbs. As for the choice of vegetables, I like the combination of meat with green beans or a Mexican mixture, chicken goes well with zucchini, but in this case, first add potatoes, stew a little, and only then zucchini.

It is necessary to rinse half a glass of millet, add water to cover the cereal a little, add pieces of pumpkin (peeled) about 150-200 grams. Bring the millet with pumpkin to a boil and cook for five minutes, lightly salt. Then add about 2–2,5 cups of milk, 2 incomplete tablespoons of sugar, a little vanillin, bring to a boil, and then simmer for another 40 minutes, until the millet is completely boiled down and there is almost no liquid left. In a multicooker, this can be done in the “Porridge” mode, or you can simmer in the “Quenching” mode.

Yulia Tsueva’s comment:

– This is our favorite porridge with my son. This recipe will make 4-5 servings. You can add more or less pumpkins to taste. You can cook rice porridge with pumpkin in the same way. Pumpkin for porridge needs to be taken more aromatic, the last time I, however, used frozen.
