10 “Evolution”, 255 m
City: Moscow

Known tower “Evolution” located in Moscow City. It was built in the form of a skyscraper, which is twisted around its axis. There are 54 floors in total. Most of the building is occupied by offices and commercial parts. Some of it is for rent.
Initially, it was planned to build the largest wedding palace in Moscow here. But, due to the crisis in 2008, construction was suspended. The building was sold in 2010. Then it was decided to build an office tower.
In 2012, construction work began, and in 2016 the tower was handed over for use. It is worth noting that this building received the Grand Prix, and was considered the best project, using various glass and structures.
9. City of Capitals, St. Petersburg Tower, 257 m

The city of capitals – two large towers combined into one complex: “Moscow” and “St. Petersburg”. They are located in Moscow City. In 2003, construction finally began, but due to changes in the design of the project, it was temporarily suspended. But this did not last long at all.
In 2005, the work was restored and they continued until 2009. The city of capitals includes residential areas, as well as business centers, which are located in two blocks at once. The tower “Saint Petersburg” has 65 floors.
It should be noted that the buildings of this complex have several entrances and exits, and there is also an underground parking. Office apartments are built with panoramic windows. This helps to make better use of daylight.
8. Triumph Palace, 264 m

Skyscraper “Triumph Palace” located in one of the districts of Moscow. Khoroshevsky district is located in the south-west of the capital. Initially, they were supposed to be Stalinist skyscrapers. The site for construction was allocated by the Moscow authorities. Construction began in 2006.
The project was subject to constant changes. Triumph Palace consists of 9 sections, 57 floors in total. The building has several entrances, there are residential apartments, a penthouse and a hotel. The architect of the project, Trofimov, assured that the building was located in a very convenient location. But there was a lot of criticism of the building.
It is worth noting that famous musicians and performers such as Dima Bilan, Alsou, Oleg Tabakov and many others live in such a place.
7. Naberezhnaya Tower, Tower C, 268 m
City: Moscow
Year of construction: 2007
Floors: 60
Tower on the Embankment consists of 3 buildings. Building towers “C” was started in January 2005. Construction lasted only 2 years. The work was completed in 2007.
Tower A had 17 floors, B – 27, C – 60. The first high-rise building began to be built in 2003. The 17-storey building was the very first building erected in Moscow City. On the territory there are offices for various companies such as Citibank, Lucent Technologies and many others.
6. City of Capitals, Moscow Tower, 302 m

Floors: 73
The city of capitals includes a tower called “Moscow”. It has only 73 floors. Located in the Moscow City area. Construction has been underway since 2003. For some time, the project was frozen, as the necessary changes were made.
Work resumed only two years later, in 2005. One of the companies bought office space here.
5. “Eurasia”, 309 m
City: Moscow

Floors: 77
skyscraper called “Eurasia” located in Moscow. This project is an office and recreational complex. There are fitness centers, as well as shops and residential apartments. The building has 77 floors in total. The architects wanted the tower to combine classical and modern style. “Eurasia” is the only building that is built of steel. All the rest were built of concrete.
The project was launched back in 2002. But due to lack of funding, everything was completed only by 2013.
4. MFC “Mercury City”, 339 m

Floors: 75 above ground and 5 underground
“Mercury City” is a business complex that is part of the Moscow International Business Center. The building has 75 above-ground and 5 underground floors. Such a large area contains offices, as well as one of the well-known sites called Mercury Space. Various receptions, dinners, weddings and even parties are held here.
The building has several entrances. It is worth noting that there are 29 elevators in Mercury City. Frank Williams wanted to build the first ecological building in Moscow. It was designed in such a way that as much daylight as possible enters the office space. For reliability from earthquakes, reinforced concrete frames were installed. The building can carry them up to 6 points inclusive.
Construction began in 2005 and continued until 2013. But initially the project was supposed to be completed by 2009. It was decided to slow down the work a bit due to the crisis.
3. MFC “Oko” (South Tower), 354 m
City: Moscow
Year of construction: 2016
Floors: 85
“Eye” is a complex of skyscrapers located in Moscow City. The abbreviation means “bases united by a crystal”.
The south tower is considered the third tallest. There is an observation deck on the roof. The south tower has 85 floors. The area includes residential and office space. They allocate roughly the same amount of space. Construction began in 2012. It ended only in 2016.
At the same time, construction began on the North Tower. In 2013, 35 floors were already built. Work stopped when the tower was 49 stories high.
2. MFC “Federation” (tower “Vostok”), 374 m
City: Moscow
Year of construction: 2017
Floors: 95
Complex “Federation” is located on the territory of the international center of Moscow. Building East considered the tallest building in Europe after the Lakhta Center. This project was developed by Russian and German architect Sergei Tchoban. The complex has 2 towers. One of the towers has the name “East”, it has only 95 floors. The construction, although not completely, was completed in 2017.
The tower called “West” includes – 63 floors. On the territory of the complex there are offices, apartments and shopping galleries. A concrete slab is laid at the base of the foundation of all structures. Quite a few meters of concrete were spent on it, which was also recorded in the Guinness Book of Records.
It should be noted that during the construction of glazing, the latest technologies were used, which were developed by the best specialists. Even earlier, before that, they were not used. Glasses reflect the sun, and at the same time they still keep the temperature in the building. American companies and corporations were involved in the construction of this complex.
1. Lakhta-center, 462 m
City: St. Petersburg

Clot center located in the center of St. Petersburg itself. The whole complex includes 5 buildings – this is a tower, a multifunctional building, a main entrance arch building, as well as a stylobate and a GLC.
The number of floors in the building is 87. The final use of the complex began in 2019. But, this is only a small part (a skyscraper and a multifunctional building). The rest will approximately come into use only in 2021.
